OBD I and II

I have a OBD II KA in my 96 s14 right now. I'm buying a 93 KA, which is OBD I. I'm going to build up the 93 KA since I'm going KA-T. What will I need to make it work? Do I have to change anything like the ECU? I tried searching but nothing came up about swapping in the KA that's going to be turbo.
