OBD Codes - P0037 & P0057?!?

My car threw these codes:

P0037 - Bank 1 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit LowP0057 - Bank 2 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Low

So I changed Bank 1 & 2 O2 sensors. But the same codes popped up about an hour after I did the work.

Anybody know what the problem could be?

The Current amperage in the HO2S2 heater circuit is out of the normal range. Possible causes are the Harness or Connectors the circuit may be open or shortened. Or the H02s2 heater itself.

NOTE: If DTC Confirmation Procedure has been previously conducted, always turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds before conducting the next test. TESTING CONDITION: Before performing the following procedure, confirm that battery voltage is between 11V and 16V at idle.

1. Start the Engine and warm it up to normal operating temp. 2. Turn the ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds3. Start the engine and keep the engine speeds between 3,500rpm and 4,000 rpm for a least a minute under no load. 4. Let the engine Idle for 1 minute..5. Check 1st trip DTC.6. If there DTC is detected look at the diagram.
