Very interesting things forming up with Obamacare.

States have to decide by the end of the year whether to setup their own state level exchange, or to default to the Federal exchange. Several states, including my own, GA, is strongly considering defaulting to the Federal exchange. Why? Turns out there is a tax loophole in the mandate. When a state exchange is set up, individuals, and businesses of 59+ employees are subject to the "penalty/tax" for non compliance. However....whoever wrote up the legislation forgot to fill in the verbage on the Federal end. There is no enforcement of either the employer tax or individual tax found when subjected to the Federal exchange. This is going to form up to be quite a dog and cat fight here I think. If states realize they can spare their citizens from the burdens of this thing, and fail to set up their own exchanges, then Obamacare is essentially neutered. And you'll see massive business and individual migration as a result. Maybe we'll just get a chance to see how this one law can crush those states who subject themselves full flow, as compared to the states who catch and implement the block. To correct this, any revision would have to pass the house.
