I can't see this going anywhere, and honestly, even if it was miraculously passed, it would be political suicide for any sitting President to sign such a bill. They would be unanimously accused of acting out of self-interest and, while perhaps legally able to serve additional terms, would never again be elected.

I don't see it passing either. I got a chuckle out of it. Amendments are a hard thing to accomplish. those old dudes did a good job writing the Constitution. It's flexible without being flimsy.
