O5 Q center stack lighting question

Does anyone know if it's not to trying to replace the bulbs behind some of the buttons on the center stack? Of all the buttons maybe 3 partially Illuminate.. and the light on the driver's door over the window switches.. if this is something a layman can do where in the FSM would I find instructions to access the bulbs? LED would be nice..
