Hi, I have a 2004 350Z and need to replace the heated O2 sensor (bank 2). the original connector plug was sheared off and now I'm not sure how to match the wires from the new sensor (Black, Grey, White, White) with those from the ECU harness (Pink/Black, Red/Black, Yellow/Black, Orange).

Does anyone have a schematic or map to which I can refer to assist with completing the installation?

Thanks much!

Well, there's wiring schematics in the factory service manual. They are available through NICO for FREE (hell yeah, I said free!).
There's a link to them in my signature.
You could also try looking at pictures on parts websites to see if you can figure it out.

I find a picture is worth a thousand words. This one isn't very good, so maybe 250? ;) Based on the wire colors you mentioned, I assume you're talking about the downstream bank 2 sensor (plugs into the cat). This is the wiring from my 03, so it should be the same for 04. It's hard to tell in this photo, but I believe the black/yellow is on the top (seems to be in same spot on bank 1 anyway) and the red/black is on bottom. You probably will want to confirm this with service manuals and such first...

Thanks PapaSmurf.. excellent reply.. I'll check out the schematics in the service manual reference and match up with my replacement O2 wiring configuration.

I appreciate the ECM wiring harness pic.. i'll attempt to use for checking/confirming the schematics.
