I was driving the other day and my CEL came on. Code was for Bank 2 Sensor 2 High voltage. I cleared it out and monitiored it on a 20 minute drive and the voltage stayed around .20-.28. The other 3 sensors read as high as .80.

My question I have is is Bank 2 the Passager or Driver side? I am just replaced the passanger valve cover gasket and just wanna make sure it isn't leaking. It doesn't appear to be from what I can see but that O2 sensor worries me that it may have leaked out of the rear onto the sensor.

Bank 2 sensor 2 would be the passenger side rear.

I have same code on my '99 and I bought a replacement O2 sensor, but was wondering...

...are their any driveability issues with a bad bank 2 rear O2 sensor?

No real drivability issues with the rear o2 sensors. Slight fuel trim modificaction. just depends on what your sensor is reading on how close your ttrims will be.
