o2 sensor

I have a 2000 nissan maxiam that I have been having issues with.I have had a few different codes come up from system to lean to misfire to rough idle .weve replaced the ignition coil new plugs, a idler valve and cleaned the maf , At the moment the light is reading system to lean on bank 2. but the reading for bank 1 sensor 2 are showing .28 and .99 and these readings do not change they stay right there at high idle or low, any help , thanks john

The o2 sensor value should fluctuate, once they are warm, between 0.15volts, and 0.85 volts.
This should cycle between these values every second.
If they are stuck on one value, or do not fluctuate very much, from low to high, then you have a problem with one (or both).

thanks for your info, im thinking its bad it never changes stays on those readings
