Ok, this question makes me feel like a real clown but o welli am putting my wiring harness on my s13 motor,i had heavy throttle do their harness service. I got an o2 sensor from an 87 300zx turbo as i have read. But i can't find the spot that it connects to the harness. There is only one part on the harness that has a different connector, and is on the other side of the motor near where it goes through teh fire wall.Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance.

Haha, I just did this tonight. Just take the connector off your old one and swap them. (disconnect the pins)

It should be in the right place if you untangled it from the harness and moved it there.

Let me know if the 87 z31 turbo o2 sensor plugs right into the turbo outlet elbow replacing the sr one.

teh actual sensor threads into the bung fine if thats what you are askingit has 3 wires, a red, white and blackthe connector is a square with 3 prongs. i "borrowed" a connector from my cruise control since i won't be using it any longer

yep just checking if the sensor threads bung fine. Thanks...just making sure for the 100th time because some people have tried the 89 z31 turbo sensor and it doesn't fit for them.

okay, so let me get this straight.

The 87 300ZX turbo O2 sensor threads right into the bung in the exhaust extension.

What about the connectors? What do I do? I have a redtop SR. Thanks in advance.

If you have converted a sr harness before you should know by know how to change the connectors. The sensor is a direct replacement, it simply has a different shaped 3-wire connector. Take the pins/wires out of the old connector and swap the connector to the new o2 sensor. The pins snap right in.

You don't have to solder anything. If you stick a shaved down paperclip into the connector you can pry up the latch and slide the pin out.

The O2 sensor is for an 87' 300zx turbo. A Z31, not a Z32. If you have a Z32 one, then you have the wrong one.
