O2 SENSOR

2000 max se need to replace the "bank 1 sensor#2",i see 2 sensor under the passenger side ,one closer to the manifoldfacing downward,the other faces toward the exhaust and it's further back.Can some one PLEASE TELL ME which one it is?my emissions failed and i bought the sensor, the failing code was p138.

Sensor 2 would be the one furthest from the rear exhaust manifold (bank 1). I'll post a diagram later this afternoon.
