o2 sensor???

Ok, my car is runing very rich only on boost. I have no boost leaks, no vacuum leaks. temp sensor fine, compression alittle low but even, tps fine, regulator/fuel pump fine.

If I disconnect the o2 sensor, then put the key 'ON' and test for voltage coming from the harness side plug. I should find 12V on one of the lines correct???

I disconnected the plug and found only .??? volts on some line. I dont think my 02 sensor is getting the right voltage therefore returning a wrong signal and makes car run rich. Should I eliminate the plugs and just solder the wires together OR try a new o2 sensor first?

Did you connect the brown wire on the plug by the battery?
