I had just finished putting my new exhaust up a couple days ago. It went pretty smooth except for a couple things. Forgot to tighten a couple bolts and heard some air and rattle...oops, haha. But the most important thing besides having to modify the dreaded EGR tube to fit, I actually have a problem with the 2nd O2 sensor.

I put a Megan Racing Header in and the pipe extension, but for some reason the extension had the flange for the O2 a little too high up and it is too close to that square black casing under my transmission/driveshaft. Plus the mount for the pipe was on the wrong side. I had thought that maybe I was sent a pipe for an S13 or something, versus my S14 (98), but I just bent that out of the way so it wouldn't cause any trouble.

Anyone have any suggestions or have had any similar issue with the O2 on the Megan pipe? I need that O2 sensor for emissions...I failed once before due to no O2 or a bad O2 and don't want to go through that again, so not having one is out of the question.

you can go to a muffler shop and let them install another o2 bung and plug up the other one or you can let them cut it and move it around and reweld it

Sounds simple enough. Thanks. I just hope there is a shop around me with competent people who can do it, haha.
