Nissan cars in general and bosch plugs do not get along. Go back to NGK [OEM] But also you can not test and isolate the failing coil since it is eratic. If you get lucky and can catch the failure on a DSO you can nail it down. However this is as good as having a specific misfire code like you recieved. It is highly likely your #1 coil caused both the P1320 and the P0301 codes and you could probably get away with replacing just that coil for now. You may have the 1320 come back when another coil starts to go out. Since it is so common we typically recommend all 6 at the dealer to save the loss of a second cat. This misfire it self is what caused the bank 2 cat to fail and a good reason to replace all 6 coils as it is the opposing bank to the coil that threw a misfire code. The coils last I remember are approx $75 a piece so yea very expensive repair without the cat which will likely run around 500 to 1000 bucks.
There is something else you should probably have looked at as well. Have a loaded alpha check done. You are looking to see if your leaning out under load. Bad airflow meters are pretty common on the 3.0 A33 max. If you have the old AD200 part number airflow meter this is likly the case and will also contribute to the cat failure. Running lean over heats the cat.
