o2 sensor on header

I am trying to take off my heat shield from the header and i dont know how to get the 02 sensor off the header...can nebody help me? its pretty hard to get in there..ne easy ways?

Theres really no easy ways that I know of to get in there, it's just a tight squeeze. I removed the carbon canister and all that crap right by it, so I have lots of room by my O2 sensor now.

is there a way to get the 02 sensor off?..cause it seems like if i took that off then i could just take the heat shield off

You just unscrew the O2 sensor.....you can either use an open ended wrench or an O2 socket. I'm still at school, so I can't go look to see what you exactly need to do. But to get the O2 sensor out, you just unscrew it and it pulls out of the exhaust manifold.
