o2 sensor help..!!

i installend OBX headers on my 2002 max a couple weeks ago n its runs great n everythin. only problem i got now is that my rear o2 sensor is too short to bolt on and then plug in. as a result my SES light is now on UGH!! lol. should i cut/solder the wires to extend it in order to reach the plug?? i jus wanna get rid of this SES light, its so annoyin lol. any advice would be greatly appreciated... :cry:

Don't cut and solder, I think those wiress are supposed to be shielded? Buy a new one from Rock Auto or the like, they have a few that have really long wires on them. Just click the description photo first to see.

thanks man but i just checked it out and the one i need comes in the same lenght lol
