O2 Sensor Code

I scanned my 2002 maxima with the following codes:

P0138 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1)P0159 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2)P1167 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Maximum Voltage Monitoring (Bank 2)

I replaced the front(nose of the car), after the precat sensor and i am still getting the code. I either have a newly purchased bad o2 sensor or have replace the wrong one or have another issue. if anyone can help me out i and my wife since its her car would greatly appreciate it. thanks again for all your help guys.....

Checked the wiring-- does it look corroded or damaged?

Welcome to NICO!

The first code (P0138) is for the bank 1 sensor 2 O2, which is located in the "U" bend of the y-pipe. You will need to replace that sensor as well.

Here is a picture of the O2 sensor locations.

Thanks for the welcome. I still get the code from the one that was replaced? I dont understand. if the replaced one is good then i should only have one of the codes. do you think it may have a bad cat? the car only has 42k on it. not sure.
