o2 housing

I was wondering if most of you use a o2 housing that connects to your downpipe or if you have your downpipe connect strait to your turbo. I ask because I have a t3 (its a .42/.48) and it came with an o2 housing (also the o2 housing has a bung for a o2 sensor but its way to small for a ka o2 sensor) so im just wondering if I should have a downpipe made to connect strait to the turbo or if I need to start looking for a o2 housing. Thanks in advance.

Most custom turbo setups have a downpipe that directly connects to the turbine housing with no o2 housing.
