I know this has been covered and believe me I tried searching but didnt really come up with anything conclusive regarding using sr20 o2/downpipes with an sr20 t25 installed. Most of what I read involved the CA t25.

I got my tax return back ( ) and am buying a few things to make my setup a lil nicer before I drop it in my (next) car (again). One of the things I want to replace is my crappy o2 housing and downpipe I have with a nicer 3" setup.

Since I have an sr20 t25 will I be ok buying an sr20 o2 housing and downpipe and will it match up to the test pipe.. i mean.. cat fine? I don't really want to have to go through the trouble of doing the ole' cut, twist, reweld. Plus the shell I bought for balls cheap has an 85mm HKS Hi-Power catback and I want everything to be extra kosher. Thanks!

You should be fine. I am running a T25G (SR T25) with a 3" o2 housing, downpipe and test pipe for an SR. The only "issue" is that the downpipe smacks the frame rail on the driver's side and can be a bit annoying. I wrapped the downpipe on heat wrap, and it helped.
