O2 extenders

Can you increase HP from O2 extenders since it will pull the O2 sensors away from the exhaust pipes and allow for better flow of the fumes?

nope. exhaust gas has to be at a certain temp etc for a correct reading. if you move o2s down the line your afr will get messed up and most likely it'll run rich.
