Go to discount auto and order the o-rings for a mitsubishi eclipse or 1989-90 nissan 240sx.

Alright, I picked up the injector o-rings for a 90 240sx. The damn o-rings are a tad too big, and I know they are going to leak.

I thought the eclipse had a different size o-ring too, thats why when you put in their injectors you install ca o-rings? The pulsar nx se should be the same size right? IT is still a ca...?

Maybe within the next century my car will run properly. I'm not giving up!

The 240sx SOHC motor uses nearly the exact same fuel rail as the CA. I don't know what in the hell they gave you, but you do know the rings do expand some. If you say they fit loosely, then they probably do, so I would take them back and make them help you source the right O-ring. Remember, just because you ask for a certain part and they claim it's for that particular car, doesn't always mean they are correct. If you went to advanced discount, their info is all screwed-up because they tried me as well with the same issue. I am now using the 240sx seals on my car as we speak, but out of curiosity, have them get you the ones for the pulsar. I do know the eclipse/galant seals work and that's why I mentioned them to you.

I tried the pulsar and the 200sx. TOTALLY different. I have gotten the 240sx ones twice and both times they gave me the same ones. 1g dsm should be the same though, I'll try that one, but i know the 240sx ones arent small enough.

Thanks Dee, I'll send you an email tonight if I got the wrong ones again, but the part number that I have for the KA O-rings is 800-9209. GP Sorensen makes them. Lemme know if thats the right part number, yeah advanced auto, discount whatever.

Went to NAPA and got in two sets of injector o-rings, they are still not at tight on the injector as the ones i had on the rb injectors. Anyways, im gonna install these, see what happens. If it seals it, then it seals it, if not then im in the same leaky boat i was in before.

Alright, well after putting the injector seals on there, they injector wont go on there due to the injector o ring being too big!!

I NEED SOME THREE WEEKS AGO!

Just so you know which ones I got, they were 1992 Eclipse turbo o-rings. Too big. cA o-rings are smaller.

Try taking the correct size, broken o-ring to a pool/spa store that does repair. My store, carries A BUNCH of different sized o-rings, and the ones we don't have in stock, we can often order.

Coincidentally, the big o-ring that goes around the seal of the fuel pump in the tank is the EXACT same size as the o-ring used on a common sand filter.

You do know these O-rings swell and conform via extreme heat and pressure.

have you tried lubing the orings? that ussually does the trick and keeps them from getting cut when installing them.
