O'Really....

We recently got an O'Really parts store. Have been working on resolving why my Engine Light was on in my cobra. Tried a few things and AutoZone has been resetting for me (until I found out how to reset it myself).But, I stopped by O'Really to get them to pull my codes and they informed me that I could 'rent' the unit....... They had a bunch of customers in the store, so I replied that 'Autozone does it for free'. Their reply was 'Sorry'. And I have to agree. So, not sure where this 'parts store' came from, but they can go back now.

When the guy told you you can rent the unit you should of said "Oh really" and autozone does it free. I guess that was your last visit. Wasn't it? I know it would be my last one. They have no idea what the competitive business strategy is. Oh well make sure you'll be there when they close the business and wave a big one.

You're right zozo, I remember from a marketing class that I was told: a customer might not tell anyone about a great experience, but a customer will tell numerous people about a bad one. You have to minimize the bad ones.

You know I love pics!!!! Did I ever tell you about the time my wifey wanted a 'sports car'???Well, we ended up getting her a new red 98 GT convert, and 4 months later I got a slightly used 97 cobra coupe. Oh, and here's a pic!!

I would still advise trying to blast through a wall with all the torque you have on tap!

Black on black is where it is at...though I really wish they would have put in a black headliner....

I have an autozone in spitting distance and a 1996 Ford service manual on CD. Not sure what you mean about wasting funds on bling......I'll get my youngest teenager to translate! Seems to be running really strong! Went into second and the rearend got loose!

Vaccum hoses cost me $1.90.
