Nv2500 no crank no dash lights good battery

So my buddies 2014 nv2500 broke down/wont start. He said it stalled on him a couple days ago but started right back up and has been fine since. No problems this morning, then he parked w the engine off radio on for a bit, tried to start but nothing. Tried to jump but nothing. No dash lights, wont crank, scanner wont connect, dont hear fuel pump, but radio and dome lights work. Pulled the battery, says 98% with 12.6v. Im stumped

Check the battery cable connections at both ends and make sure all the fusible links in the battery card are good, especially the big one on top.

Ended up being a loose fuse. Some how it backed out a little
