Hey all,

Are any other NV200 owners experiencing vibration in front end, upon accelerating (even worse when turning while accelerating) ?

I am asking because one of my two NV200's has developed this problem out of nowhere.

Both of my NV200's have an equal amount of tire wear, (tires every 20k miles) and cupping problems....

Sounds like CV issues to me.

According to the other forum it seems to be a common issue.

What are the symptoms of this issue? My 15 NV200 has like 1200 miles. Never noticed any mechanical issues(besides the brakes feeling like they're pulsating when I go light on them), only issues I've encountered are small stuff like weather strip, CC "set" light(not lighting up), rattles etc.

I did do a WOT when I got to 1k and did a oil change, the car shakes at WOT. Also a rumbling noise when turning, almost like a bad wheel bearing noise. Is that what you're experiencing with yours?

I have no noise, just vibration under acceleration... most pronounced in right turns, barely noticeable in straight line, cannot feel anything at all on left turns. I think it is a bent axle.

Watch your tires, both of my NV200's wore out the factory tires at about 20k miles. I suspect a combination of low quality (and very expensive) factory tires and bad alignment/suspension (tires show signs of cupping). I switched to Continental on both trucks and see immediate improvement.

Enjoy your NV, 1200 miles is nothing! Mine have 30 and 35k. One fuel pump failed at 20k. Both NV's had the drivers door latch rattle loose, I've had to tighten the metal latch that is bolted into the door jamb, the torx security bolts keep coming loose. I may consider loctite if it keeps happening.

I have little issues too... radio doesn't get any reception, shift lock wiring broke at 20k so I had to unlock shifter using a toothpick. Nissan fixed the fuel pump and shift lock, no questions asked. Unfortunately, there is no "old nissan" reliability in these NV200's.
