Hi Folks,

New to the forum here so thanks letting me on here.

I have a NV 200 van and i found that the wing mirrors tend the fold in either when at a speed of 120km or so or when a heavy vehicle passes by in opposite direction. Any way i can fix this issue ?

What year is the NV200? I think there's a bolt and washer type tensioner inside the mirror pivot that can be tightened. If it's pretty new, I'd let the dealer fix it for free. If it's older, I'd look to the FSM to find access to the inside and then tighten the pivot. We don't seem to have access to the FSM for some commercial vehicles here.
