I recently received a 92' Nissan 240sx from a buddy of mine.
and the only issue with it is the timing sprocket bolt, stripped and would not tighten. and he thought that his very little experiance was good enough to rip this cars front end apart to do the job. about 15 bolts later; he decided he'd just give the car to me and i'd do the work and keep the car. well that problem is now done and over with, but now when putting it back together i realize i do not have those assortment of random bolts he took off. so i ask; does anyone or could anyone give me a listing of bolt sizes and lengths for the front end. so i could go to the store and buy some. or is there some sort of bolt package for the nissan 240 that i could buy or order.

Most of those bolts should be small bolts for the front end. Usually like an M6 under an inch long. There should be 8-10 M6 nuts holding the front bumper to the fenders. The underside of the bumper requires some special bolts that have a very fat shank, but use a smaller shanked thread. You'll probably need to go and get those bolts from him.

the car is finally going back together
all that is left is the belt, alternator bracket
and some electrical to my new lights i installed on car.

if any of you know the sizes to the bolts for the alternator bracket that'd be pleasant if not, all is well i am sure i can find something in my shop that will replace the original
