How much work is involved and how long did it take you to pull the front bumper off?

taking the bumper off is quick - 3 nuts on either side, 3 bolts on top and the splash guards. cutting it out with a drill - didn't have anything better - was a pain but went pretty smooth. i bought some locktite putty but now i'm thinking that with all the fiberglass stuff i have i could go even more custom...like a fiberglass lip. just have to find a big enough piece of foam to make a mold and then play with resin stuff.

if i get the lip made i might start a production and move on to cf lips
