Two weeks ago I went to Best Buy and had a remote car starter installed in my 06 Altima. Its a NuStart two-way FM remote, model Nu8000R.I have been experiencing some of the quirkiest behavior since. Hard to describe and even harder to duplicate.I went back to Best Buy this morning and the Tech worked on it for about an hour and a half and fixed a couple of annoyances, but I'm still not convinced that I want to keep this unit.Does anyone else have this unit installed, and how do you like/dislike it?This morning I started my car remotely, and let it run and then time out for the full 15 minutes. The car was unlocked at the time (I thought it was supposed to lock the car automatically, but that's another story). Anyway, after it shut off, I went out and started the car again with my key, and then went back in the house. When I came out again a few minutes later, the freekin' car was LOCKED. The thing is running in my driveway, with the keys in it, and I can't get in. Lucky I was at home and had my spare key and remote. I was pissed. If this had happened away from home, I'd be screwed.I've also had my car alarm go off a few times for no apparent reason. There's more, but you get the picture.Of course, all of this stuff is impossible to replicate while the car is in the shop, so I'm really frustrated.I'll give it another week, and then I might just go back and have them pull it out. Of course I won't get a full refund, so I'm told, so I'll have a fight on my hands there too. What do you guys think?

I have no experience with the unit, but it does sound like a programming issue. I could be wrong though.
