NTB: CA head, knock sensor,4port head preferably!

As some know I melted my head. I need a new head stripped or complete in good condition and one that hasn't benn milled a bunch of times. I would like a 4port if possible. And are the fwd heads the same with no differences? I also need a knock sensor. Let me know prices and condition of head like valve seals and guides. Keep the cams if it will be cheaper for me.
