Around 60k miles transmission failed and changed by Nissan service. Jiffy Lube fill it with regilar AT oil (red).
Around 110k CVT fluid was changed. Year afer that, transmission start slipping after 40 miles on highway (on warm or hot day, when cold - no problem). Bring it to nissan and they said they regulate level of CVT - it was overfilled.
Now i have 170k. Summer is coming, getting warmer and transmission start sliping\wining again after a ride (25-30 mile) on highway.
I am thinking to drain and fill it. So can I mix NS2 and Valvoline CVT fluids?
Drain and fill - I can do in garage. Can I flush all liquid or only drain available to me? (dont have any special tools)
If i drain NS2, can i add Valvoline?

PS: Jiffy lube fail cost me $1100. Nissan provide transmission and i paid only for worksmanship.

Wow, that's a lot of miles on your Rogue.

I would not mix the two fluids. I would only recommend using the Nissan NS2 fluid. In the big picture it should only be a little more, and for as often as it needs to be changed, I think worthwhile.

Have you thought of installing a transmission cooler? If you are a DIY'er it might be worthwhile if you are driving in high temp areas.
