Word to the wise, the threads on the other side busted when I was driving, I had used the steering wheel as a brace to readjust my seat and the other 4 bolts popped out. This is something probably all of us do while driving, so shouldn't be that out of the norm. The steering wheel came off in my hands. Thank god I wasn't on the freeway. I am back to just having a plain old hub until I can find out why the quality on the NRG hub was such sh*t

I have a NRG thin quick release and have not had any problems. I have slid at 10 or more events this summer and taken the wheel off a hundred times. So maybe you just got a bad one. Either way that sucks man GL. Just thought i would share

How much are people getting NRG s*** for? I remember them being dirt cheap. Now I see kits for $300+!?
