Now that its 40* out at night is it safe to do 1 Bar with SMIC (stock SR)?

Now that its only in the 60's in the day and 40's at night is it safe to turn the boost up to 13psi - 1 bar with stock SMIC and a t25.

Other supporting mods are:

Red Top SR20det3" turbo back3" test pipe thats it.. stock everything else...

1 bar, no. 12psi is about where you heat soak the smic. stop there. if you want more trouble, do more.
