I cant believe I was belly aching about the lousy $2k or sso of a complete disco potato kit w/ injectors, piggyback etc ..

That would have brought my SR up to a reliable 300 whp.

Now with the 350Z, every upgrade sems to start north of $5000, and that doesnt include ancillarries.

And many hold I really need $8000 of internals, just for parts before I even add one of those $5-8 k turbo kits..

So guys I hope this helps you appreciate your machines more.

Fred...

My buddy just sold his 300z for the same reason. seems engine repairs cost upward of 5K as well. I like the Z cars, but doubt i'd ever be able to foot the repair bills. I love my 240

I love the idea of blowing my KA-T up and having 2 extra motors sitting in my garage. Fred don't give up on the idea of modding the 350Z.

Come spend a weekend drinking in DC, and everything will be better!

Your Z costs 6 times what a 240sx sells for. You knew mods were gonna be a pain. Just know that stock for stock, youre killing the 240sx guys...
