?Now looking at a NICE '99 Altima SE, 5-speed

Well just came back from a test drive of a clean '99 Altima SE, %-speed with 107k on the clock. It has the roof, leather, looked stright. Guy wants $4,400 for it. My question is does this car have ABS? Is this a good deal if the carfax comes back clean? Also a smelt a whif of coolant under the hood. The used car dealer said he would have a mechanic I know check it out for him.

The Private party KBB for a good condition '99 Altima SE, with 107k is $5,000. This car had the alloys, leather, moonroof, power drivers seat. Seemed quiet, handles well. Shifter had a REAL LONG THROW like a truck almost??

Carfax came back had a lein on the car back in the day. And a collision with another vehicle on 12/8/05 with a accident report #? Can I call the cops and ask them to pulll up the case # so I can find out the extent of the damage. No frame damage was reported on the Carfax.
