After completing the tt swap and fixing everything that I can imagine, im stuck on this new situation. The car is driving normal and all of a sudden on a slow drive, it starts to studder. Then when I turn it off and get out, white smoke comes from the back of the engine. And radiator coolant is spayed in a small spot on the passenger side piping,. I can't figure out where is cane from. What can be causing the studder and white smoke.

Smoke from the back of the engine is probably the same source as you mentioned before, a small coolant hose leak. Is the coolant you found on the back of the engine or the front passenger side?

Are your valve covers leaking maybe?

For the stutter I would start with the little things.

Are you using the correct spark plugs for the turbo engine?
Are your coil packs in spec?
Are your vacuum hoses routed to their proper spot? On mine, someone mixed up a few that caused an EGR code.
You said your intake popped off the turbo or something in the last thread, did you check other joints in the crazy plumbing for loose connections?
What ECU are you using and is it throwing a code?

Im using laser ngk. Their like 13 bucks a piece. I never had a problem with them before so Idk if that can be a cause. Valve covers I changed 2 weeks ago. That water line that was leaking, I fixed. It was actually a hose under the plenum by the throttle body. But when the Coolant hit the exhaust, that caused the smoke. And it's not a steam that is coming out. It looks like it's coming from the passenger side turbo. Maybe a bad seal? And im thinkin the stutter might be and hopefully is an exhaust leak. That would be ideal for me cause I plan on changing it anyways. It's still drivable but it constantly vibrates from the stutter. It doesn't really cut a lot of performance out

"studder" plus smoke out of the back of the engine sounds like you're missing on at least one cylinder. Do a power balance test, then start checking your PTU, coil packs, spark plugs, etc. You should be using PF6B-11B, or if running slightly higher boost than stock, SZ recommends BKR7EIX

Its a bad injector. I had a feeling. That one gave me problems before. It's soo corroded. Thanks a lot guys. I've been working on my car for a month straight. I tend to get frustrated with this car quickly. Lol

Now how about this issue. Water leak. I changed both the fat moulding and the one that goes all around under the t top and it still leaks. Any one have advise on what can cause this? It seems to be coming from the middle of the window

A month straight, that's cute. Welcome to Z32 ownership! Mine hasn't run for more than a couple days at a time without some issue for the past year. I dream of the day when I can at least semi-reliably DD it with some confidence.

Some people recommend Shin Etsu grease on the seals. I didn't have luck with it on mine though. They recommend against petroleum based grease like Vaseline because it will break down the seals. Otherwise, these cars are a PITA for leaks.

I've had the car since 2011. And this is the 3rd engine I put into it. The new engine is tt. Im well aware of the z32 initiation. But it's really only been driven for a year cuz indent on a deployment. Now I had some money to actually go and turbo it.
