Now I really love my EX35!

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Just got the factory body kit installed !! Dealership told me I'm the first in the city to have this kit put on It's a very rare configuration in Canada since it's not sold as an accessory, and needs to be special ordered.

It's begging for larger rims.

thanks folks ! yea, definitely gonna consider larger rims next summer.

yea I know what you mean, maybe because the kit is not as flushed to the body as it could have been... perhaps that gives out a bit of a 'after market' feeling when looking at it

but I think it definitely look better after coving up all the black surroundings more urbanized

Hey man, your car looks sweet. I think the Aero body kits looks better on the white car versus the darker colors EX's.

GOOD JOB!!!!

Cool. I have a shih tzu. I thought it looked like one mixed with something.

My dog would never sit still long enough for me to take that pic He would be trying to get out as soon as I put him in.

The EX looks great, and that's quite possibly the cutest dog I've ever seen! Thanks for posting pix of both.

That is very tempting! Ever since I saw Katsu put on his I was thinking about it. Love the look! Looks more aggressive. And like the fact that the black is gone.

How much did everything costs, parts and install?

I've promised myself to not mod this EX. But the recent modding activity here is tempting...

I managed to convinced myself this is not modding, but just getting some 'factory accessory' done on the car couple weeks after taking delivery. Like adding options to the car prior to purchase heh :p Anyway...

The parts cost $2104.90CAD + tax, and the install cost $951.63CAD + tax

I think the install price was a bit steep... but my dealership never installed the kit before and it actually took the shop 9+hrs to get everything done. Plus all the warranty and work has warranty....

You can order the parts by just supplying the parts number to your dealership, or you can save even more money if you found a US shop that's willing to ship the parts to Canada.

Wow! That's a lot of dough...You're right might save some if you can get it from the US. This might make a 14 hour drive to my brother in Virginia next year worthwhile! Anybody know how much is it installed in the US?

just noticed no front plates! Sweet! Is it allowed in Alberta?

BTW there was an original post of this aero kit here somewhere where the pics dont do it justice. Might want to post some of yours there so people can see as this threads topic is not as obvious. Should help a lot of people get a better look.

yea I'm from Alberta, so no need to have front license plate

Infiniti USA priced this accessory at $1575USD + install on their website; not sure how many hours of labor it would take them though...

I also found on Flickr, this person has the aero package installed along with the Intelligence Cruise Control option.... while everywhere says the kit cannot be installed with EXs with ICC. Some interesting findings....

Just noticed, if you look closely this guy doesnt have the aero kit, he just painted all the black plastic to match the rest of the car...Color looks green though, wonder if its a custom color...

And if you look closer, still, you will notice that it looks like that is a Vietnamese car, possibly. Hanoi Real coffee.. look also at the signs on the buildings and the plates on the scooters .Wonder if they have different color options overseas?Well, I checked out the Asian Infiniti sites as best I could and looks like they offer the same colors as in North America.. must be a custom paint job.. and looks like there are no roof racks either. Wish there was a good side shot of the car!

hehe I see

almost got fooled by the painted body color ! :p

It's been about month and a half since we own the EX, no complains at all. A great comfy car !

My wife loves it and I love sitting in it, I found myself enjoying more sitting in the passenger seat than driving it myself.

I'm too used to the crazy harsh rides in my other car :p keeps me more busy heh

I think most of them are color blind. They can only see 3 basic colors (NOT

RED, BLUE, YELLOW) but........................

light white, medium white, and dark white....

So has anyone confirmed that the Front aero kit is REALLY not compatible with ICC?

Kit looks good!

Now you just need to get rid of that butt-ugly black antenna.

On a White Car, I'd rather just paint all the Black OEM Lower Trim... and save myself a couple of Thousand Dollars.

Which part of Edmonton do you live near ?
