SC430 wheels on a Q, and G35 wheels on an SC300 or 400??

Actually, the only car I've ever liked the SC430 wheels on was an SC300 or 400.

I gotta get some pics of the new wheels on mine .

The Q looks nice but it seems wrong to use the wheels from another car. Plus the Lexus rim's center bore is smaller than the Infiniti, so the wheels had to be modified to fit.

But I will say that type of wheel compliments the Q more than any other style I have seen.

Just confirms for me that some Impul Silhouette's would looke great on a Q.

Here's the only "big enough" pic I could find of some.

I concur...

Rob, that's not your Q is it?

Beauty black Q, but those wheels look like Chevy's "faux high-tech" days in the mid/late 80's.

Is that a 240 in the Lexus's garage?

Nissan in the climate controlled garage, and Lexus out in the weather.

All is right in the world

Low and long. Harley Earl would be proud, except for that blobby blue car. Its a Lexus I guess?

Hopefully that beautiful black Q has a suspension height adjustment for proper cruising!

I actually like that treatment on both cars. The SC wheel looks great on the Q. And I've always (confession) had a bit of a weekness for the SC, why, why didn't Infiniti make a car like that?!??! I don't think 7-spokes would be my choice, but they don't look too bad.

Because it is a poseur car for Rodeo drive. Hopefully Infiniti will never make a car like that. What is remarkable about the new SC430 is it is the top car in initial quality rankings, which is pretty amazing with all the gadgets and the folding top. Gaotta give them credit.

Are you referring to the first or current SC?

A 94 SC 400 is a real nice car very luxurious and very sporty at the same time.

I've seen those Q pics on the VIP site, they're for sale for like 350 w/ tires. I think it looks good, but they look like a robot or something, like Greg said "faux high-tech" 80's Chevy.

SC's are very nice cars, no diss here. My co-worker picked up a 92 SC400 w/ only 60k on the clock, immaculate condition (owner had multiple cars/bikes). I got him a set of Tanabe springs, and he's putting 19's on it this week.

I'm not sure how the Q owner got it so low, but in Japan, there are numerous aftermarket height controlers that allow for tweaking the stock suspension by nothing more than adding a digital control box.

That pretty much sums it up for me as well. There was also the option of a 5 speed in the 300 .

Unfortunately, Infiniti never really adressed that market, at least not with a vehicle old enough for me to afford!
