i was fartin(yes i said it lol) around z1's oil and lubricant section and i found the extreme engine flush.... has anyone used this before with any noticeable results?? Z1 says it works but they also told me a still need boost jets with a boost controller

i have tried a quart of ATF in the oil when changing, engine stabilizer, Mobile's engine treatment formula(little red bottle)..... non of it has worked soo far and it says run it for 5-10 minutes under NO load..... im a bit skeptical
