Noticeable Power after 5500 RPMS!!!

Since my rebuild, I have notice that after 5500Rpms I'll have a boost for another 500rpms and stop at 6k,so I don't know if it's right or my timing is off,I have a solid idel,or I'm reading to much into it.1993 Ka24deCP PistonEagle Rods,Stage 2 Crower cams,(NEXT Mods)Stainless Steel Valves(Oversize)Brian Crower Dual Valve Spring + Seat + Retainer Kit

what kind of managment are you running?

Managment?? It's not turbo, It's N/A

Sounds like a grounding issue, or your knock sensor is pulling your timing back. Are you getting any codes?

my crower cams pulled to redline but I had boost with it.... What CP ratio for your pistons? Not checked your timing????

So I added some grounds and it does pull a little better,but have not test it at WOT.....yet I'll see in the morning on my way to work. and post results

my stock KA did that tooi was like WHOA V-TAKKKKKKK!

sometimes i would floor it on the up ramp and i could feel power like you said. it just happens every time i punch it hahahaha!

mine did this a while ago, now it doesnt anymore for whatever reason. though its seems to be running a little better.
