noticable tick sound while shifting from neutral to drive

i have a 2009 model fx50s,100 k miles on it. now a days car started to make a noticeable sound when windows down i can hear a tick sound when changing from neutral to drive only.. is it a serious problem?? thanks

Rear axles have to be repacked. Happened to me with my 2010 fx50s. Dealer did it. Vehicle was still under warranty then.
