Nothing works on the rear hatch - Wiper, Washer dispenser, Rear Defrost

I think the relay/switch works for the rear defrost because I can hear a click right after I try to turn it on.

Just recently I removed window tint with a razor blade and did it carefully. Only once touched a defroster wire going across the window but I inspected it and there were no marks, cuts or breaks in the wire.

My rear washer fluid and rear wiper also don't work, at all. not a gig comes from them.

I'm checking fuses tonight - anything I should look for? are the rear wiper motors prone to failing? searching the archives like crazy too...
