Ok here goes. I have not gotten a chance to even drive my car. My first problem started with the motor all intake valves and two exhaust valve were bent (time chain jumped time). Everthing was working electronically fine (cranking, catching, even started up!) We put the head back on and now my fuel pump fuse keeps blowing.GRRRRRRRRR (10 months and still no car).My harness was done by HT and Ive already had to correct 2 problems, igniter chip wired incorrectly, firing order was wrong. Now I'm not dogging on HT but if I had to make two changes to my harness(1 yury made and I made the firing order change because yury told me to)I think that something should be done. I have called Jeff and it sounds to me like Yury doesnt even work there anymore and Jeff sounds like he doesnt give a crap.

By the way its an S13 with a red top SR.I am planning to justr go through the entire harness and see if I can find any shorts. ANY ideas would really help me out. Thanks guys.:help

Make sure the fuel line are hooked up correctly by the fuel filter and FPR. Some people tend to hook them up backwards and this causes their fuses to blow. IIRC the line coming off the FPR goes back to the tank, but don't quote me on that.

Thanks for the reply but I found that my mechanic had screwed up and pinch some wires on the intake manifold!

my buddy had HT do his sr harness and he had to rewire the CAS and the ignitor, and also his IAC. I think it pretty sh***y that people pay 100+ dollars to get the harness service done and when it gets back you have to change things. If I sent my harness off and paid wasted $$$ on a crappy wiring job then i'd be raising hell and i would get my money back.

Upgraded fuel pumps can run on 20 amp fuses. Did you fix the valves then?

Yeah and it stopped popping fuses. It was called alternate idle control valve or something.
