Things that are different if you are going to use the 95 motor with 95 head.
1. Valve cover is different.
2. Valve cover bolts are different. 8mm 1.25 thread.Note on valve cover bolts you do not need the factory bolts. My friend set me straight. The bolts were designed to keep people from over tighten the valve cover. I was able to get mine at Lowes and used the Alen head bolts. The standard bolts won`t work around the valve cover because the head is to big.
3. Make sure you chase the threads for the valve cover bolts with tap and die set. Mine had a lot of crude in it even though the head was cleaned and rebuilt.
4. Upper timing chain cover different.
5. Intake manifold is different in that the 91 had butterfly valves in the intake runner and the 95 didn`t have them.
Everything else bolted up fine. So if you are looking at swaping in a newer KA go for it.
