got some new mods ... began the install portion of them today

Diamond Audio D641s 4" components (will go in new custom A-pillar)

Cat Back Exhaust (ebay special.. )

New tips for exhaust

New Precision chrome mesh grill

and... oh yeah...

before the haters start... let me state, this is not for everyone... hell, even seeing it, I think its by far the craziest thing I've ever done to my car... it will only go on for shows... car meets, otherwise, it'll stay in coverage... or I may rock it everyday who knows... in any case... I felt like doing it, and I did it... oh yeah, it is extremely string regarding anti ptheft devices... removing this is not impossible, but will NOT be able to be acomplished by yanking it off... we used a LOT of fiber glass, and number of other types of reinforcement/locks.bolts/etc... try and steal it if you want, but by the time you make any progress you will have a Mossberg 500 Rolling thunder pointed at your dome... don't test me, its not a threat, its a promise...

you're coupe is going to have the nicest rear end.... i was actually thinking of something similar. but no TV, just fiberglass that area and paint it to color match the car... that bumper looks AMAZING on the G35 but looks like s*** on the altima coupe because the G35 has the license plate in the bumper but we have it in the trunk so there is like that empty spot... i actually thought of trying to get it from micheal when he was giving one away but i already have quad exhaust tips and i'd have to get rid of that if i got the bumper......

I say for shows only about the screen. Cool concept but not a daily driving piece (is it even legal?). I think it would get banged up pretty bad on daily driving. I'd hate to see that fall off and smash, hopefully the fibre glass holds together as when it's hit... it explodes lol. But sweeeeettt lol.

its definately legal to have a bumper in the monitor,,, its also definately illegal to have the monitor playing while you're driving...

not worried about it getting banged up too bad while driving... I won't get into everything we did to secure it, but suffice to say, its VERY, VERY secure, and aint going anywhere... (i.e. there are aspects of the bumper that are secured to the frame of the vehicle, but they can be removed)...

funny thing is, the monitor is a raw panel monitor with 2 x video RCA inputs and a VGA input... so yes, I will occasionally have my laptop with me (which I have in the car all the time anyway to tune my system) and I will type up messages and display them on the rear monitor... folks are gonna be like..

You have to hook it to a rear camera and a front camera to show the person behind you both views lol!

Wow, you hopped on that pretty quick. I just barely got the headers up and running this morning.

Does the monitor hang lower than the bumper itself ??? how much farther does it stick out compared to the rest of the bumper ???

Anyways, looking real good, can't wait until it's all done

So I see you went with a big monitor instead of the little ones you thought of putting in first.

I think you were trying to say "you're" f***in dumb sir...

here, let me use it in a sentence for you...

.. you're too f**ing dumb to know the difference between you're and your..

see that's how it works... be sure to use a gramatically correct sentence next time you call someone else dumb!

OK, my impressions of the grill... I LOVE IT... will take some photos later, I'm on clean up duty right now for spending my entire weekend working on my car... but it was worth it

The exhaust... well, its just as the other guy that bought it stated... first off, it definitely isn't a perfect build... I mean no one is going to mistake it for a fast intentions exhaust in sound or looks... but I will say that I was happy it bolted up perfectly...

the tips look bad, but I already have replacements as you see above, and I'll be getting those put on tomorrow...

the sound... well for me its perfect... JUST enough rumble to know that its not factory, but not loud at all... the piping is pretty phucking thick, ut I'm guessing that huge a$$ resonator is what's keeping the sound down to a minimum... abosolutely NO difference in performance from my butt dyno.. if anything, I may have lost low end torque (but that's normal with exhaust right?)

all in all, I'm happy with it... big thanks to Blake (adidas2go) for helping me with the install!

We just put it on. Fitment was good as far as bolting from the cat back. The tips are off, but he is changing those anyways. Overall, Its a good deal for $180 bucks!

Yup, its great quality for $180. That's the truth. Fitment was good, came with all the proper gaskets and bolts. The only problem is the tips. You could make it louder if you want by building your own pipe for the resonator section. It sounds a lot like the 350z now. All in all, very surprising for $180 bucks from ebay!
