Wha the hell do i need to do to get this thing running. And please, what ever you do, dont tell me to search. I have read all of the faq to be found on numerous web cites. none of which appear to bo 100% correct by any means. Please help me out, im running out of time.

welcome to the world of a RB swap dudeinformation is scattered throughout the internet and none of it works 100% on every swap

my advice is get a service manual and all the diagrams you can find and just make it work. its very simple to wire.

Im not sure what harness you are talking about. There is the EFI (aka upper) harness, which connects at various points on the engine and goes through the firewall to the ECU, and there is the chassis (aka lower) harness that connects the starter alternator, and battery and also has a few wires from the transmission on it.

I dont think you have an uncut harness if you dont have a harness connected at the ECU, thats the eseence of uncut

For the RB25 there is white plug next to the ecu plug. If the rb20 is similar, the ecu will get power through one of the wires on that plug. As for the fuel pump, it is powered through the engine bay fuse box, which holds the relay and fuse for it. The ecu grounds the relay to turn the fuel pump on. Get yourself a 91' 240sx Factory Service Manual, and search for an RB20 wiring diagram. Whenever I start on a new project car, I always get the FSM for it first. 99% of the time it will have the answer your looking for
