lol I had my a$$ kicked in the 169 lbs division, so I HAD to drop to 155 now. thanks for noticing kind sir!

add because it has to stay on, I walk around at 170lbs, then a week before the fight I drop to about 164, then two days before I drop to 160, then the same day as weigh ins I drop to 155, which is usually a day before the fight, by the time I am back in the cage, im back up to around 165-167.

yeah, I wish everyone just walked in and fought, it really kills you. My fight before this one, I dunno what happened, but 5 hours before the fight I weighed 164, I was like WTF< so I had to lose 10 lbs of water weight, I almost died man, after every word, I had to catch my breath, my fingers were numb an I passed out like 2 times, totally sucked soooo bad.

you get a sauna suit, which isnt breathable, and wear underarmor or some other sweatsuit over it an sit in a dry sauna.
Prolonged dehydrate leads to cardiac arrest.

I was there in May for the WKA's an I fought an Modern Gladiators in Feb there. Lots of good fights there, I am taking a break for a little though, gotta get my head straight..

On another note, I SEARCHed it already, my 280zx oil pressure will drop suddenly till it gets warmed up, any suggestions? I replaced the sensor, power steering fluid, and all that that has to do with it, maybe I just need to change the oil, but I just changed it like 2k ago...

Cutting weight is crazy.

My friends are wrestlers and they can routinely drop 10 pounds in a couple days. They don't eat, just drink pedialite. And as you said, they do in the sauna in sweatsuits. One of my friends even jumps rope in there to cut weight faster.

It's not healthy, but it works.
