1st time ever owning a smaller engine(4cyl KA24E) all the rest have been 8's

While driving everything it fine, but when stoped at a light or for what ever reason (ie sitting with van in gear with the break pressed) the whole car shake alot. But if it is in neutral or park there is no problem.
