Not starting.

Lately when i start to crank my Z is just turns over tried it about 3-4 times the other day and fooled around under the hood. After about 5 minutes went to try it again and it started right up... Did it to me this morning too ... Any suggestions on what to do? seems fine if i just let it sit for a few after first trying and taking it into nissan is just asking to wait 9 hours for them to tell you they'll do it tomorrow. Also have had a problem with my door speaker going in and out, anyone else have this problem?

so it cransk but no fire? when ti acts up next time try to determine if the fuel pump is on and if so, pull a cop and plug and test for spark

if you got a real short commute or it hasnt set very long form shuttin it down before you try to fire it again, and your see'in the problem, its probably just the car. im pretty sure ive read where these are both common issues with the z (our model years anyway) & ive experienced the 1st one a couple times myself.

just wasnt sure if this was a sign of my alternator going out or anything like that. i made an appointment with nissan just to be sure since im going on a trip to gainesville and i dont get stuck in a city that i hardly know.. but thank you for the help
