Hey guys, I am having trouble starting my car when it has sitten cold for a couple of hours. I turn the key and everything lit up but the engine does not crank. I sometimes hold it but still nothing. Only after the take the key off, and wait about 10 seconds, does the car start. I was thinkin maybe the fuel pump or something of the sort... could you guys decipher what the problem is? ThanksArash

i had the same problem but i think mine isn't dependable on coldness, i was told it was the starter so i changed it and for the past 4 months it happened once, but other than that it works fine, maybe starter solenoid?

doesn't really help but just wanted to tell you my experience

try hitting it, or maybe take it out to get it tested
