This may have been answered before, but I cant find nothin on it. I did redtop with 5-speed conversion in my 90. Everything is hooked up I hope. When I connect the battery terminals, all the lights on my car start to flash like harzards (even the cluster). I am at a total lost here. I try to start it and it doesent even crank. I dont even hear the fuel pump kick in. So please help!

Also I found out my windshield wipers will not work. I know there is a plug up under where the ecu is and nothing is pluged into it. Its not the cluster one. This one is closer to the firewall. I know that the KA harness had 2 plugs comming out before it went through the wall. I dont think the SR has two. Also if anyone is near by and willing to help, I would highly apreciate it.

Did you do all the wiring properly?-Under dash connector + 2 plugs by the fuse box?Which transmission harness did you use? There are two wires on the transmission harness that are supposed to goto the battery's positive terminal, did you connect those?

Yes, I did the under the dash wiring ( onloy the colors that matched). And the two plugs (gray and brown) near the battery. I am using the ka transmission harness. Would that matter if it was an AT or not? But shouldnt the fuel pump still come on. If it is anything about a car, I hate wiring. What would cause the lights to blink then like hazards, all the lights except dome, turn signals and headlights?

Relays make the blinking happen, when they are receiving power on a ground leg it can happen. I suspect you have a few power and ground wires crossed, very common. Especially check the ECU power and backup power wires, and the main ignition wires (the big ones up by the battery).

You should be using the manual trans lower engine harness - either SR or KA they are almost identical.
