I was told my car probley sounded like it was "not spinning fast enough"

How can I make it spin faster?

they probably meant the starter isn't spinning fast enough. The starter doesn't need to spin very fast for the car to start, as long as it's a good constant winding.

and if your car han't been starting, and you've been cranking it alot, the problem could be your battery power is low because of all the cranking, which is causing it to spin slowly.
